CONTROLLED TRANSACTION CERTIFICATION
This action can submit a real provider payment when the deployment is connected to production. The amount, currency, rail, destination, and one-time run ID are controlled only by Netlify environment variables.
BENEFICIARY CONTROLS
A payment can only be sent to a beneficiary that has completed review and is active.
